Parked.com is a domain parking service that is easy to be accepted too. They do require that you initially park at least 10 domains there though.  Parked have an library of front page pictures and use an auto optimization process that ensure your landing page will look the part. You also have the option of uploading your own content which can be seen at the bottom part of the landing page. Parked pays twice monthly.
