They do require that you initially park at least 10 domains there though.  Parked have an library of front page pictures and use an auto optimization process that ensure your landing page will look the part. You also have the option of uploading your own content which can be seen at the bottom part of the landing page. Parked pays twice monthly.

You can monetize the domain by inputing html and java code into 5 predetermined add spots. As an example you can use a google search box and google add box, but at the same time have a amazon banner in another position. 

Imodo also offers a sales system and escrow service. The service is not completely free, since they put in their Google code on every 20th impression on your domain or so.
