imodo

Imodo.com is an exiting take on mini site development. Developed by a crowd with ties to namepros.com. One of the main developers has a profile there(username: badger) and offers what he can of advice there. Here is a link to the Namepros imodo thread:  Thread link

To create a minisite you enter the domain name, meta keywords and a "content generation keyword". You can choose from 4 main templates. Furthermore you can input articles and rss feeds. You can monetize the domain by inputing html and java code into 5 predetermined add spots. As an example you can use a google search box and google add box, but at the same time have a amazon banner in another position. 

Imodo also offers a sales system and escrow service. The service is not completely free, since they put in their Google code on every 20th impression on your domain or so.
