Godaddy Auctions (formerly TDNAM.COM) is a huge marketplace, currently boasting a domain stock of 2 million active sales listings. There is a yearly 5$ membership fee, but when that is paid it is free to post domains for sale and to make bids on active listings.

Godaddy Auctions consists of two integrated marketplaces. The User driven one, where you can actively sell and buy domains. Here you can list your names as either auction or offer/counteroffer with or without BIN price. But the main attraction is the expired domain auctions. The Godaddy Network, including resellers, control millions of domains of which thousands expire each day. All these names are auctioned of through "The Domain Name After Market"- now Godaddy Auctions.

The main format is a 10 day auction with a set minimum price, usually 10$, if the expired domain is not sold it is moved into another pool of names called "Close Out's", these names have a set BIN price of 5$. All expired name Purchases incure a one year renewal fee of the domain name, this cost is added to the final price. A "Close Out" .COM domain will total at around 15$ with the current godaddy pricing.
